The idea behind this is that every poem is, like a Polaroid, a collection of images which come into focus with time. Not postmodernist self-confessional meaningless garbage. Poetry should be rooted around concrete objects with the capacity to transcend physical existence for the philosophical realm; poems should travel.
I am currently a freshman at Columbia University and working on establishing my voice as a poet, author, and playwright. This is to be a collection of my poems – new and old – as they unfold.
